From: emailonrequest@wamucoup.com [mailto:emailonrequest@wamucoup.com] Sent: Sunday, September 28, 2008 7:35 PM To: Wright Andrews Cc: cbandmanxxxxxxx Subject: representation against FDIC re Wamu I saw a post in the Wamu discussion boards that you may be considering this issue. I hope you do. There is something not really right about this whole thing. Please count me in if you are going ahead. I also have several people who have registered with our temporary web site today that also want to be represented. I invite you to visit http://wamucoup.com and also the like sites of http://wamurape.com and http://wamurape.org. These have been set up to facilitate connection and assembly of all those looking for a place to organize from. Wamucoup.com is a static site where you will find links to other sites and some selected articles, as well as an email registration/count of parties wanting representation. The other site, wamurape.org is thus far a discussion board with some very interesting contributions made to it. Both are fledglings.... set up today early and late last night.. Re: WAMU Monday, September 29, 2008 1:04 PM From: "emailonrequest@sarrafgentile.com"Add sender to Contacts To: emailonrequest@xxxxxxxx I think you should contact the lawyers currently handling a case against WAMU. I'm sure they are considering expanding the class period to include more recent events and considering every avenue of possible recovery. Try the Hagens Berman law firm in Seattle. Thanks for the reply Joe, I guess I'm a little bit stupid but I can't understand how a case against the FDIC for seizing Wamu preemptively and selling off its best assets wrecklessly, and cutting out shareholders, relates to class actions already in progress against Wamu itself. Do you mean that we should be talking to the lawyers dealing with class actions that we as a group are not concerned with? Maybe if you have time you can explain that briefly to me so I can let the others know. There are preexisting class actions against Wamu. I think it is likely they will be expanded to include claims regarding the recent events. Joe
